KDE 4.3 RC 1 Available

The release candidate is out from KDE for the upcoming 4.3.

Users of the Karmic development release can upgrade to the latest packages.

Users of our stable 9.04 release can install it from the Kubuntu Backports PPA.

Note that these packages have a bug which causes X to die during the upgrade. The upgrade will continue and you can reboot when it is done.

First KOffice Update, 2.0.1

KOffice 2 has received its first update in KOffice 2.0.1. Packages are available for our development Karmic version by installing koffice-kde4. Users of the stable 9.04 can install it from our Kubuntu backports archive.

Karmic Alpha 2 Released

The second alpha of our development version has been released for testing.

Music playing application Amarok has rocked the world with their 2.1 release.
