The latest KDE 3 bug-fix release 3.5.10 has moved to the updates section of Kubuntu 8.04.

To install it enable Recommended Updates and click on Full Upgrade then Apply Changes in Adept.

KDE 3.5.10 has been released and packages are available for Kubuntu 8.04, the Hardy Heron.
