This release comes on one CD/USB image for both Desktop and Netbook, loading up the relevant workspace for your machine.

The first alpha release of Kubuntu Maverick has been released. This alpha contains the recently announced Amarok 2.3.1 and KDE SC 4.5 beta.

To update, use the Software Repository Guide to add the following repository to your software sources list:

Amarok 2.3.1 has been released. Users of the upcoming Kubuntu Maverick release can install it from the official Kubuntu repositories.
Users of recent releases can install it from the Kubuntu Backports PPA by reading the Software Repository Guide and adding the following repository to your software sources list: ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
